Newsletter Support Specialist
The Savvy Peach is a growing team and we need someone to help coordinate “all the things” for our Mary Kay newsletter services. We are looking for an awesome individual who is organized, can provide quick turn-around, has excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, is organized and super fun!
Our Mary Kay clients have come to expect top-notch service from The Savvy Peach. We need someone who is ready to provide such by doing the following:
Maintain confidentiality with financial reports and client login information.
Pull monthly reports based on client needs.
Edit reports in Excel to show only information needed.
Load reports to Trello.
Communicate with clients about their specific needs (monthly promotion organization, photos, etc.)
Correspond with designers about special promotions, direction, updates as needed.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ability to work in Excel & Trello a HUGE plus!
Although it is not required, working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and an understanding of the “Mary Kay world” is preferred.
This is a contract, remote position. Hourly compensation is based on qualifications and experience.

Pink Bubble Graphic Designer

Able to fill pre-created templates with monthly information.
Can update/arrange information on pages to be functional and appealing as needed.
Skilled in Adobe InDesign.
Able to turn projects around quickly and stay focused on the task.
